Request for Expressions of Interest Shore Bases
The Government of Suriname (GoS) seeks to test the appetite of the international and domestic markets for developing shore bases in Suriname.
The Government of Suriname (GoS) seeks to test the appetite of the international and domestic markets for developing shore bases in Suriname, with a view to having a “fit for purpose” shore base in time to match the development of the offshore oil and gas industry. The main objective is to provide the GoS an option to explicitly endorse the best submissions. This Expression of Interest request is open to international and Surinamese entities, either privately or publicly owned or a combination thereof.
